Mahinagar Mother Sufeda Foundation
Mahinagar Mother Sufeda Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that is registered under the West-Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961. We are dedicated for working towards social development and uplifting underprivileged communities. We firmly believe in our motto, “humanity is our religion,” as we strive to create a more compassionate and inclusive society.
Our wide range of activities includes blanket and cloth distribution, rural development initiatives, general surveys to identify areas for improvement, organizing blood donation camps, conducting free health check-ups, educational tours, and assisting illiterate and underprivileged individuals with government scheme form fill-ups.
With a strong commitment to social welfare, we aim to address the needs of marginalized communities, empower individuals, and foster sustainable development. Join us in our journey to make a positive impact and create a better future for all.
Mahinagar Mother Sufeda Foundation is Registered with the Registrar of Societies and the type of NGO is Registered Societies (Non-Government) bearing THE WEST BENGAL SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT, 1961 and the Registration Number is S0031615 OF 2022-2023. Late Sufeda Khatun
The Foundation began with the initiation taken by Late Sufeda Khatun. She fearlessly raised her voice against tyranny faced by women and all other forms of oppression. Her legacy serves as a reminder to fight for gender equality, advocate for women’s rights, and strive for a society where every woman is treated with respect and given equal opportunities. May her courageous spirit continue to inspire and ignite positive change in the pursuit of justice and empowerment for women. Though she is no longer with us, continues to inspire through her dedication to humanism, sympathy, and kindness, particularly towards women in society.
